Dessert Recipes
**Note - all recipes listed below are for a 2:1 ketogenic diet ratio. Please check with your dietitian and make all necessary modifications before using any recipe.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs
1. On the stove, melt coconut oil, butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, and cream over medium heat.
2. Stir in cocoa powder. 3. The recipe amount is for a meal. Pour four equal servings if you make the recipe in its entirety (or 2 larger servings) into silicone molds. ' 4. Serve with bacon. Remember if serving as a snack, only give two of the silicone molds and half the bacon amount. 5. Make sure to keep in the freezer to keep from melting. 6. Create Keto Popsicles by placing amount in a popsicle holder and freezing. Makes for a great chocolate popsicle! NOTE: This recipe listed should be cut in half to account for a snack portion. |
Cream Cheese Cookies
This recipe makes 6 small cookies or 3 large cookies.
1. Combine ingredients and add in desired amount of sweetener (I use 3 grams of vanilla Stevia). 2. Mix well. 3. Spoon out desired amount. 4. Bake at 350 for about 7-10 minutes. NOTE: This recipe listed should be cut in half to account for a snack portion. *Recipe courtesy of Charlie Foundation |
