Dinner Ideas

Chicken Taco Salad
This is by far Will's favorite meal! It is a good portion...plus he gets his Keto chips!
1. Make a bed of lettuce. 2. Top with chicken and cheese. 3. Combine the oil, dressing, and butter and mix into the chicken salad. 4. Crumble chips on top of the salad and serve with strawberries. |
Bison Burger with Salad
1. Pat our burgers, combine with Worcestershire and a little garlic salt and cook over the stove or on the grill.
2. Cut Sami's Bakery Low-Carb Dinner Rolls into 4s and weigh out desired amount. 3. Cover roll with butter and bake at 350 for about 3-4 minutes or until butter is melted. 4. Weigh you desired amount of cooked bison burger and top it with a little cheese, dressing mix and lettuce. 5. Mix together remaining oil, ranch, and butter to create a dressing to top the side of lettuce. 6. Serve with chips. |
Chicken with Steamed Veggies
1. Cook chicken in olive oil.
2. Steam broccoli and cauliflower. 3. Drain water and combine steamed veggies with butter and cream. 4. Serve with a side of strawberries. TIP: Meal will have excess oil. Make sure to scoop up the last bites with a spoon! If your child is not a fan of the excess oil, substitute oil with macadamia nuts or have them eat the butter beforehand. |
